    Limited parking is available along the side of the road outside our shop; however, please note that it is restricted to one hour and tends to fill up quickly, especially during busy periods.

    For longer visits, we recommend parking at ASDA, where you can enjoy up to two hours of parking with just a short, five-minute walk to our shop. Alternatively, if you plan to spend more time exploring Newark, convenient paid parking is available at the St. Mark's Place NCP car park, also just a brief five-minute stroll from our location.

    We understand the importance of convenient parking options and hope these suggestions make your visit to us as stress-free as possible!

    We are open from Tuesday to Saturday, 9am to 5pm.

    We are closed on Sundays and Mondays.

    At our store, we strive to accommodate all our visitors, including those with mobility needs. While we do have a mobile ramp available to provide access to our entrance, please be aware that the doorway may not be wide enough to accommodate all wheelchair sizes.

    To ensure a smooth and hassle-free visit, we recommend giving us a call in advance to let us know you're on your way. This way, we can ensure the ramp is ready for your arrival and assist you as best as possible.

    Returns are accepted within 14 days for change of mind and 30 days for faulty items. Access Models offers exchange or refund for eligible returns, excluding faults due to misuse or wear and tear. Customers are responsible for return postage costs, except in cases of damage or fault.

    Refunds are issued in accordance with the returns policy, excluding opened packages unless they are faulty.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Refunds
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

    Currently, we only offer shipping within the UK, but we're excited about the prospect of extending our services internationally in the future. While we don't offer international shipping at the moment, it's a development we're actively working towards.

    While many of the products available on our website are also offered in our physical store, it's important to note that some items are sourced from our warehouse stock.

    Due to this distinction, orders involving warehouse stock may require additional processing time compared to purchases made directly in-store. When your item is shipped from our warehouse, we'll send you another email containing your tracking details.
